PUBLISHERS

The articles in the AnimalArticles.com database may be published free of charge on your web site or in your opt-in newsletter provided that:


(i) you do not edit the article in any way, without the written permission of the author, and

In particular, you may not use any article in any medium for which you are charging a fee. This includes but is not limited to ebooks, ebook compilations, and subscription-based members-only areas of web sites, without the express written permission of the author.


AUTHORS

You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.

AnimalArticles.com is a free content article directory. This means that any webmaster, publisher, or editor may publish your article subject to the terms and conditions outlined on our site.  AnimalArticles.com is a convenient place for authors and publishers to meet. If you have an issue with someone stealing your original work, please contact us and we will remove the article in question immediately.

Before you can submit an article you must register as an author. You must use your real name to register. Registration is free and is automatic as soon as you confirm your email address. As a registered author you may receive occasional mailings from us regarding AnimalArticles.com or related offers of a commercial nature. By registering as an author you agree to receive such mailings.

Article submissions are free. Please submit your article to one category only. Multiple submissions of the same article will be removed.

All articles will be manually approved by an administrator prior to being added to the public database. AnimalArticles.com reserves the right to make edits to spelling, grammar, formatting and the chosen category at its own discretion.

AnimalArticles.com reserves the right to accept, refuse, or delete any submitted article with or without reason. AnimalArticles.com may at any time remove any article, any author, or any portion of the site, with or without notice.

We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles and to translate your article into various languages for associate web sites.


ARTICLE CRITERIA

Content: Do not submit articles that:

• are sexually explicit, defamatory, libelous, or
• promote racial, religious, or any other form of discrimination, or
• contain content which is untruthful or misleading, or
• infringe copyrights, patents, or trademarks, or
• contain content that is new-age or spiritistic
• contain content that involves gambling or otherwise unethical information
• violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws.

Length: Please keep articles to a maximum of 2,000 words. Please keep the author's resource box to a maximum of 60 words.

Hyperlinks: To include a live URL link in your article or profile, format it as follows:

<a href="http://www.yourlink.com">Your Link Text</a>

Please do not use HTML coding to format your article headings, bold, colors etc. With the exception of links as detailed above, articles containing HTML code will not be approved.


COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS

Authors may only submit their own work to which they hold the copyright. AnimalArticles.com prohibits the use of any copyrighted material in a manner that violates the copyright owner's rights.

In any case of copyright being disputed the article under dispute will be removed immediately, without any further discussion or recourse.

Individuals who violate copyright law are legally liable and subject to possible fines.

RECOMMENDING ARTICLES

Our site contains a referral system so that people can recommend an article by email to their friends. Authors must NOT use this function to attract traffic to their own articles.  If you want to invite multiple people to view your articles, please use your own email application on your PC. 

PRIVACY POLICY

Authors agree that any information included in their profile and Resource Box is freely available for distribution with their articles.

With regard to any other personal information submitted to AnimalArticles.com, we will not sell or give away your details to any other party whatsoever.

We may use your name and email address for the posting of announcements from us relating to our web site, or related offers.

EDITS TO TERMS

AnimalArticles.com reserves the right to edit these Terms of Use at any time. As an author or publisher you have the responsibility to check this page regularly for any changes.
